  1. Return Policy

 

All returns must be done in accordance with the instructions set out in these terms and conditions. We are not obliged to agree to any return unless all such instructions are followed.

 

  1. Permitted returns: Subject to this clause, within 3 days from the date of purchase, you may return a Product if it was damaged through transit
  2. Requirements: Purchased Product must be returned in its original condition. Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted. Original condition means:
    1. all tags still attached to product.
    2. product must be unopened, unused and in a perfect, resellable condition.
  • Merchandise must be in its original packaging.

You acknowledge that should you avail this, return shipment must include the packing slip and reason for return must be indicated.

  1. Risk of damage or loss: Risk of damage to or loss of the Products shall pass to the Customer at the time of delivery, or if the Customer wrongfully fails to take delivery of the Products, the time when the courier has tendered delivery of the Products.
  2. Warranty. Our products covers 1 year limited warranty. This is done on case to case basis
  3. Acceptance Conditional. All returns or refunds is conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return of the Product.

You hereby represent that (i) the use our website shall be in conformity with the GVSupply terms and conditions, privacy policy as well as with all applicable legislations and (ii) the use of our website or services shall not infringe or misuse the intellectual property rights of others.
